CropCoach™ Help

CropCoach, Your Online Crop Strategist™, made its industry debut in January 2016 as a proprietary sales tool to support a strategic, programmatic specialty sales approach.  Based on customer and internal feedback, with the help of our staff agronomists, several improvements are now in place, making the app more user friendly.
 

Updates to the CropCoach Application, as of May, 2016

HOMEPAGE
The homepage now provides the option to choose one of two tracks, each representing a different way of interacting with the tool:

• TRACK 1 - DEFEAT DEFICIENCIES 
  Quickly analyze tissue test results and identify nutrient deficiencies.
   
• TRACK 2 - GAME PLAN
  Develop a sound fertility program to address your crop’s needs throughout the entire growing season.

Once you’ve made a selection, you will be moved to a screen that describes how the selected track will work.

TRACK 1 - DEFEAT DEFICIENCIES

This track should be utilized if you are looking to quickly analyze tissue test results and identify nutrient deficiencies.

Here's how the Defeat Deficiencies track works:

1. Input tissue test data
   Data can be pulled from A&L Great Lakes labs (using your account and report number), or can be manually entered.
    
2. Analyze results and select nutrient-based products
   Identify nutrient deficiencies and select nutrient-based products, by application window, to correct them.
    
3. Select non-plant food products
   Select non-plant food products to assist in complete crop health.
    
4. Review product selections
   Look over the product selections you've made, by application window. Remove any products you'd like (using the red X within each product information window), and feel free to jump back (using the blue PREVIOUS button) to the selection screens to add any additional products. 
    
5. Next steps
   Add notes to your product selections and email your selections to yourself, a colleague or your dealer. 
    

TRACK 2 - GAME PLAN

This track should be utilized if you are looking to develop a sound fertility program to address your crop’s needs throughout the entire growing season.

Here's how the Game Plan track works:

• Select options to get started
  Choose from Corn or Soybeans, and select if you'd like to start with our Starting Lineup (our season-long product recommendations) or from scratch.
   
• Select products
  Choose products, by application window. You can choose from both nutrient-based and non-plant food based products, including PureGrade Low-Salt Fertilizers, MicroSolutions, Select Nutrients, Enhanced Efficiency Products, and Soil Amendments -- products designed to help reach high-end yields and maximize the genetic potential of seed investments.
   
• Review product selections
  Look over the product selections you've made and explore detailed product information, including benefits and physical properties. Product selections are displayed over a crop growth illustration, so it is easy to see how everything fits together in a season-long system.
   
• Next steps
  Add notes to your product selections and email your selections to yourself, a colleague or your dealer.
